All
Phase 1/2

This study investigates recurrent or refractory metastatic advanced pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and tolerable the combination of C3 (metformin, digoxin, and simvastatin) with Gemcitabine is for patients.

The study evaluates the overall effectiveness of the C3 combination with Gemcitabine in treating advanced pancreatic cancer. It checks if this combination can safely be used and how well it works in managing the disease.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with confirmed pancreatic cancer can participate, provided they have tried at least one standard treatment without success and have good organ function.
  • Study details: Participants will take C3 medications, which include metformin, digoxin, and simvastatin, with Gemcitabine. If they choose not to take Gemcitabine, they will receive only the C3 medications. A placebo will not be used.
  • Study timelines: The study will last 2 years.
