This study investigates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to validate a noninvasive method using exosome-based miRNA signatures for early detection.
The study evaluates the effectiveness of this method in identifying the condition at its earliest stages by analyzing specific genetic materials in exosomes.
- Who can participate: Adults with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or those without the disease based on imaging or endoscopy may participate. Written informed consent is required.
- Study details: Participants will provide samples for analysis of circulating vesicles, known as exosomes, to detect specific genetic materials called miRNAs.
