Investigation of Investigational TIL Therapy in Advanced Hepatobiliary-Pancreatic Cancers

Recruiting
18-75 years
All
Phase 0

The purpose of this study is to investigate advanced hepatobiliary-pancreatic cancers. It evaluates the use of tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, which involves using the patient's own immune cells to target cancer.

This study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of TIL therapy. Researchers are looking into how well this treatment works for people with these types of cancers.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be aged 18 to 75 and have advanced hepatobiliary or pancreatic cancer. They should have tried standard treatments without success or have no standard treatments available.
  • Study details: Participants will receive TIL therapy, which involves infusing their own expanded immune cells after a specific treatment. A placebo, an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine, may also be used.
