Investigation of Investigational Medication for Advanced Solid Tumors with RAS Mutations

Recruiting
18 years and older
All
Phase 1/2

This study investigates advanced solid tumors with specific RAS mutations. It focuses on understanding how the investigational medication, RMC-6236, works in adults with these tumors.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of RMC-6236. Researchers are interested in how the body processes the medication and its effects on the tumors.

  • Who can participate: Adults with advanced solid tumors having specific RAS mutations can participate if they have good organ function and an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
  • Study details: Participants will take an investigational medication. Some participants may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medication but does not contain any medicine.
Study details
    Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
    Colorectal Cancer (CRC)
