Phase 1

This study investigates non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and other solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of azirkitug alone or in combination with other investigational medications.

This study focuses on evaluating the safety and how the body processes azirkitug when used alone or with other treatments. Researchers will look at how well participants tolerate different doses.

  • Who can participate: Adults with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and other specific solid tumors may participate. Key factors include having measurable disease and meeting specific health criteria.
  • Study details: Participants will receive azirkitug as an intravenous infusion, either alone or with other treatments. The study will include regular medical assessments and questionnaires.
  • Study timelines: The study will last up to 2 years.
