This study investigates the use of 68Ga-grazytracer PET in monitoring responses to immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer.
The study evaluates how well 68Ga-grazytracer PET can predict the effectiveness of immunotherapy, focusing on its ability to match imaging results with clinical assessments.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 to 75 years with pancreatic cancer needing combination immunotherapy can participate. Participants must have a good general condition and an expected survival of more than 6 months.
- Study details: Participants will undergo a 68Ga-grazytracer PET/CT scan after three cycles of immunotherapy. The imaging results will be compared to clinical assessments to determine effectiveness.
