This study investigates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to explore how three-dimensional magnetic resonance elastography (3D-MRE) can be used to assess the stiffness of pancreatic tissues and its potential as a prognostic biomarker.
The study evaluates the effectiveness of 3D-MRE in predicting patient outcomes. It focuses on the ability of this imaging technique to provide insights into tumor characteristics and help in understanding the progression of pancreatic cancer.
- Who can participate: Adults 18 years and older with confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma may join. Participants should not have other pancreatic cancers and must have at least three months of postoperative survival.
- Study details: Participants will undergo 3D-MRE imaging to evaluate the stiffness of their pancreatic tissues. The study will analyze these imaging results to determine any correlations with patient outcomes. A placebo is not involved in this study.
