Phase 0

This study investigates CDH17-positive advanced malignant solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an investigational CAR-T cell therapy in patients with these tumors.

This study evaluates the effects of the investigational therapy on the body, including safety and tolerability, and whether it has any effect on the tumors. The study also looks at how the therapy is processed by the body and any immune responses it might trigger.

  • Who can participate: Adults with confirmed CDH17-positive advanced solid tumors may participate if they have failed or are intolerant to standard treatments and have at least one measurable lesion with appropriate organ function.
  • Study details: Participants will receive an infusion of the investigational therapy. Some participants may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
