This study investigates the use of Sapropterin Dihydrochloride and PD-1 antibody in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this study is to explore new treatment options for patients who have not responded to standard chemotherapy treatments like FOLFIRINOX or AG.
The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of combining Sapropterin Dihydrochloride with a PD-1 antibody. Researchers are focusing on how well this combination works and how safe it is for patients. They will also look at overall survival, how long patients live without the cancer getting worse, and the quality of life.
- Who can participate: Adults with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not responded to standard chemotherapy may be eligible. Participants need to have an ECOG score of 0 or 1 and measurable target lesions.
- Study details: Participants will receive a combination of Sapropterin Dihydrochloride and PD-1 antibody.
