This study investigates pancreatic cancer. It focuses on using a personalized blood test to monitor circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with resectable and unresectable pancreatic cancer.
The study evaluates the effectiveness of detecting molecular residual disease (MRD) through ctDNA monitoring. This helps in understanding the disease progression in patients with pancreatic cancer.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 20 years or older with histopathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of pancreatic cancer can join, provided they have had no prior treatment and are willing to provide blood and tissue samples.
- Study details: Participants will have blood drawn at different times during their cancer treatment to check for ctDNA.
