The purpose of this study is to investigate resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Researchers are looking into the use of an investigational medication during the perioperative and adjuvant treatment phases.
This study evaluates the safety and activity of the investigational medication. Researchers are interested in how this medication might work when given before and after surgery.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 20 to 75 years with previously untreated pancreatic adenocarcinoma that is resectable may be eligible. Participants should have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 and meet specific health criteria.
- Study details: Participants will receive an investigational combination therapy as part of their treatment. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational therapy but does not contain any medicine.
