Recruiting
18 years and older
All
Phase N/A

This study investigates pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this study is to establish a sero-library to assess several potentially useful serum biomarkers for early diagnosis.

The study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of serum biomarkers, such as adiponectin, in detecting pancreatic cancer at an early stage.

  • Who can participate: Adults with documented adenocarcinoma, except if the tumor is immediately resectable, may participate. Additionally, adults aged 40 and older undergoing digestive endoscopy for non-cancer reasons are eligible. Participants must be affiliated with a social security system.
  • Study details: Participants will provide blood samples to researchers to evaluate serum biomarkers for early cancer detection.

Why should I take part in a clinical trial?

Participating in a clinical trial provides early access to potentially effective treatments and directly contributes to the healthcare advancements that benefit us all.

How long does a clinical trial take place?

The duration of clinical trials varies. Some trials last weeks, some years, depending on the phase and intention of the trial.

Do I get compensated for taking part in clinical trials?

Compensation varies per trial. Some offer payment or reimbursement for time and travel, while others may not.
