Phase N/A

This study investigates advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma with a specific mutation called KRAS G12R. The purpose of this study is to gather data on patients with this condition who are treated with MEK inhibitor-based therapies.

The study focuses on understanding the safety and effectiveness of different MEK inhibitor-based treatments. It evaluates how patients respond to these treatments, including tumor response and survival rates.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and a KRAS G12R mutation are eligible. Participants must be able to understand and sign a consent form.
  • Study details: Participants will receive treatments based on MEK inhibitor combinations. Their medical records will be reviewed to assess outcomes like tumor response and survival. An inactive substance called a placebo may be used for comparison.
