This study investigates borderline resectable pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this study is to test whether chemotherapy guided by a new imaging method named DCE-MRI can more effectively reduce a pancreatic tumor over the conventional method.
The study evaluates the effectiveness of using DCE-MRI, a technique that measures blood flow in tissues, to guide chemotherapy. This method could help determine if the therapy is working by observing changes in blood flow in the tumor.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 19 years or older with newly diagnosed and untreated borderline resectable pancreatic cancer can participate. Participants must not have had prior treatments for pancreatic cancer and must be eligible for MRI.
- Study details: Participants will undergo chemotherapy guided by DCE-MRI to observe changes in blood flow in the tumor. This study does not involve a placebo.
