The study evaluates the use of fragmentomic profiles in plasma cell-free DNA for identifying pancreatic conditions. It assesses the sensitivity and specificity of this method to improve diagnosis.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with a histopathological diagnosis of non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, or solid pseudopapillary tumor can participate. Participants should not have received any anti-tumor treatment before surgery and must be able to comply with the study protocols.
- Study details: Participants will provide blood samples to analyze plasma cell-free DNA. The study will not involve any anti-tumor treatments before surgery.
