Phase 2

This study investigates pancreatic cancer that is resectable or borderline resectable. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of an investigational medication combination given before surgery.

The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of the investigational medication combination. It focuses on the potential impact on tumor response and immune system involvement in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.

  • Who can participate: Adults over 18 years with confirmed resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma can participate. They must have an ECOG performance status of 0-1 and meet specific health criteria.
  • Study details: Participants will receive an investigational medication combination before surgery. Some may receive a placebo, an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
  • Study timelines and visits: The study will last 16 weeks. The study requires 8 visits.
