This study investigates borderline resectable and locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to explore the potential of new diagnostic tools in predicting surgical resectability after chemotherapy.
The study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging, radiomics, and multi-omics profiling. These tools are being assessed for their ability to provide better predictions of surgical outcomes.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with a diagnosis of borderline resectable or locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma may participate. Participants must have no contraindications for surgery and be willing to provide informed consent.
- Study details: Participants will undergo standard treatment and additional diagnostic tests, including DW-MRI and blood samples for multi-omics profiling.
