Phase 1

This study investigates the treatment of advanced solid tumors and pancreatic adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and best dose of an investigational medication for these conditions.

The study evaluates the safety and side effects of the investigational medication. It also looks at how the medication affects the body and its potential effectiveness in treating the conditions.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and over with advanced solid tumors or refractory pancreatic adenocarcinoma may be eligible. Participants must have tumors that are not responding to standard treatments.
  • Study details: Participants will receive the investigational medication through an IV. Some participants may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
