This study investigates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. It explores how patients respond to a combination of chemotherapy and a procedure called endoscopic ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (EUS-RFA).
The study evaluates the tolerability of this treatment approach. It looks at how well patients can handle the combination of chemotherapy and EUS-RFA.
- Who can participate: Adults with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have not responded to first-line treatment and have no distant metastasis can participate. Eligible participants must have lesions between 1 to 4 cm and an ECOG performance status of 0-2.
- Study details: Participants will undergo chemotherapy and endoscopic ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (EUS-RFA).
