This study investigates pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to explore the safety and feasibility of using dendritic cell therapy in patients who have undergone surgery for pancreatic cancer.
Researchers will evaluate how effective and safe it is to deliver dendritic cells loaded with cancer-specific materials to patients. These cells are given after surgery to see if they can help in treating the condition.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma may participate. Key eligibility includes adequate kidney, liver, and immune function.
- Study details: Participants will receive dendritic cell therapy through injections near a lymph node. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but contains no active ingredients.
