This study investigates the use of an investigational medication for treating pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to explore treatment options for those with this condition that is close to major blood vessels but can still be removed by surgery.

The study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of the investigational medication before surgery. It looks at how well the treatment works and how patients tolerate it.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with confirmed borderline resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma can participate. Key eligibility includes a good performance status and specific blood count levels.
  • Study details: Participants will receive an investigational medication through an IV. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
