This study investigates long-term survivors in solid tumors with poor prognosis, focusing on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma IDHwt, and extensive small cell lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to understand why some patients live longer than expected with these conditions.
The study evaluates how data from clinical records, imaging, and multi-omics can identify new therapeutic targets. It uses advanced technologies like artificial intelligence to analyze various biological data and discover biomarkers that may lead to new cancer treatments.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 or older diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma IDHwt, or extensive small cell lung cancer. Long-term survivors must have survived 5 years for pancreatic and lung cancer, and 3 years for glioblastoma.
- Study details: Participants will provide tumor samples and clinical data for analysis.
