This study investigates conditions associated with RAS mutations. The purpose of this study is to explore the potential benefits of using leflunomide or a combination of MEK inhibitor and hydroxychloroquine for patients who have not responded to standard treatments.
The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of these investigational treatments. It looks at how these treatments might work on the RAS pathway, which is important for the growth of certain types of cells.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with confirmed RAS mutations and a history of more than two lines of standard treatment may participate. Participants must have stage 4 metastatic disease.
- Study details: Participants will receive either leflunomide or a combination of MEK inhibitor and hydroxychloroquine. A placebo may be used.
