- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with advanced or metastatic gastric, gastroesophageal junction, pancreatic, or biliary tract cancers may be eligible. Participants must have measurable disease, an ECOG performance status of 0-1, and adequate organ function.
- Study details: Participants will receive the investigational medication, with some receiving it alongside standard chemotherapy treatments. A placebo may be used in some parts of the study.
