Phase N/A

This study investigates adenocarcinoma. It looks at thromboelastography (TEG) parameters in patients undergoing surgery for adenocarcinoma in various organs.

The study evaluates how TEG parameters relate to disease burden and surgical outcomes. It checks if these parameters can predict complications and survival.

  • Who can participate: Adults 18 years and older with a new diagnosis of hepatopancreaticobiliary, esophageal, colorectal, or lung adenocarcinoma can participate. Individuals must not be prisoners, unable to consent, pregnant, or undergoing urgent surgery.
  • Study details: Participants will have their TEG parameters measured before and after surgery.
