This study investigates neuroendocrine tumors (NET).

The study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of two different doses of an investigational medication in patients with NET.

  • Who can participate: Adults with Grade 1 or Grade 2 neuroendocrine tumors from gastrointestinal, pancreatic, or pulmonary sites can participate. Participants must have metastatic or locally advanced disease with progression in the last 6 months.
  • Study details: Participants will take either 5 mg or 10 mg of the investigational medication daily and will be monitored for side effects and disease progression. This study includes a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
