**AlloSCT** stands for *Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation*, which is when someone gets stem cells from a donor. This is used to treat blood-related diseases. In this study, the stem cells are specially prepared by removing certain cells called α/β T cells and CD19+ B cells. This is done to help the body accept the new cells better. The rest of the treatment is what doctors usually do for these conditions.
People in the study will be checked on how well the new cells grow in their body, their immune system's recovery, and their quality of life (QOL). They need to be 0 to 30 years old, have good organ function, and meet other health rules. Pregnant women or those with certain infections can't join. The study aims to help patients with serious blood diseases like leukemia and sickle cell disease.
- The study involves different treatments based on individual health needs.
- Participants will be monitored for various health outcomes after the transplant.
- Only certain patients, such as those aged 0-30 with specific conditions, may join.
