Study Overview: This study is for patients who received a treatment called BEAM-101 in a previous study. It's called a Long-term Follow-up (LTFU) because it checks on patients for a long time after they get the treatment. Patients will be watched for 13 years, making it a total of 15 years since they got BEAM-101.
What to Expect: Patients will need to sign a consent form to join this study. They'll have safety and health check-ups. These check-ups happen once a year for the first 5 years, then every 3 years until year 11, and one final check in year 15. There will also be phone or virtual check-ins every 6 months for the first 5 years, then once a year after that.
- Length: The study lasts 15 years with periodic visits.
- Commitment: Patients will have annual visits and phone check-ins.
- No Exclusions: There are no exclusion criteria, meaning anyone who took BEAM-101 can join.
