Phase N/A

Coeliac disease (CD) is a condition where the body's immune system attacks the small intestine, causing damage. It requires tests like blood work and a procedure called a duodenal biopsy, which involves taking a small sample from the intestine. However, sometimes these tests can be tricky because the damage might not be evenly spread, and it's hard to tell CD apart from other similar conditions called Non-Celiac Enteropathies (NCEs).

This study aims to make diagnosing easier by using Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • The study is observational and will not require any new treatments.
  • It involves reviewing past and new endoscopy videos.
  • Participants must be 18 or older and able to consent.
