Phase N/A
**Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF)** is a condition that causes repeated fever and pain, mainly in the chest, belly, and joints. It's caused by changes in a gene called MEFV, which affects how the body responds to inflammation. Some people think that certain foods, like **wheat**, might trigger FMF attacks. This study looks at whether eating wheat or other foods can cause FMF symptoms to come back and if people with FMF feel sensitive to wheat even if they don't have celiac disease or a wheat allergy. **Key Points:** - The study involves patients aged 6 months to 80 years with FMF. - Participants will need to complete questionnaires, with help from parents for young children. - The study aims to find out if foods like wheat affect FMF and how people with FMF feel about these foods. This study is important because it might help people with FMF know which foods to avoid to prevent attacks. Participants will help researchers understand the connection between diet and FMF symptoms.
