We're studying a treatment for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), a type of cancer that affects blood cells. "Relapsed" means the cancer has come back after treatment, and "refractory" means it doesn't respond to treatments anymore. We're testing a new drug called inobrodib, combined with pomalidomide and dexamethasone, to see if it works against this cancer.
Patients in this study will take inobrodib by mouth twice a day for 4 days, then take a break for 3 days. This happens within a 28-day cycle. Pomalidomide and dexamethasone are also taken by mouth, following standard care guidelines. The study continues until the cancer progresses, new treatment is needed, or side effects become too severe.
- About 100 patients, aged 18 and over, will participate in this study.
- Participants must have already tried certain treatments and be in good overall health.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding cannot participate.
