This study is about testing a *non-drug brain stimulation* method called **tDCS (Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation)**. It delivers a **weak electrical current** to specific parts of the brain to help reduce **chronic pain**. The study is for military and veteran participants already receiving mental health care through the **Accelerated Behavioral Health Program (ABHP)** at the Emory Healthcare Veterans Program (EHVP).
Participants will have **daily 20-minute tDCS sessions** for two weeks. These sessions can be done in person at Emory's Executive Park Clinic or virtually. Participants will fill out pain surveys and answer questions about their pain and well-being. There will be follow-up check-ins 3, 6, and 12 months later.
- The study lasts for 2 weeks with follow-up visits up to 12 months.
- Participants must be 18-89 years old and have a PEG pain score of 4 or more.
- Some medical conditions and medications may prevent participation.
Before starting, participants will sign an online consent form. Up to 100 participants will be recruited, and they can leave the study anytime without any penalty.
