Phase N/A

Bronchiectasis is a lung condition that makes it hard to clear mucus from the lungs. The LibAirty™ Airway Clearance System is a device used at home to help clear mucus. This study wants to see how well the LibAirty™ system works for adults with bronchiectasis over 12 months. It will check how often lung flare-ups, or pulmonary exacerbations, happen during this time. Participants will use their own LibAirty™ system, as prescribed by their doctor, and keep attending their usual clinic visits. During these visits, up to four times a year, participants will fill out questionnaires about their symptoms and device use. The study team will also collect medical information like test results and treatment details. This study is observational, meaning it only watches and records what happens without changing any treatments.

  • Study lasts 12 months; participants continue regular doctor visits.
  • Participants must use their own LibAirty™ system at home.
  • No new treatments or procedures introduced by the study.
