Phase 3

In this study, adults with advanced Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) will participate. The main goal is to see if a new medicine called obrixtamig, used with standard treatments (atezolizumab, carboplatin, and etoposide), helps patients live longer compared to the standard treatments alone. Obrixtamig is a special molecule that might help the body's defense system fight cancer. Participants are divided into two groups randomly: one group receives obrixtamig with the standard treatment, and the other group gets only the standard treatment. All medicines are given through a vein.

Participants will be in the study for up to three years and need to visit the study site regularly. If they are in the obrixtamig group, they must stay overnight for the first two treatments. Doctors will check the tumor size and participant health frequently.

  • Study duration: Up to 3 years
  • Regular site visits required
  • First two treatments may require overnight stay for some participants
