Phase 1/2
Study Overview: This study is for adults with a type of kidney cancer called Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC). RCC may be locally advanced, meaning it has spread nearby, or metastatic, meaning it has spread to other body parts. The study tests how safe a new medicine, PF-08634404, is when given alone or with other cancer medicines. The medicine is given through an intravenous (IV) infusion, which means it's put directly into a vein. This takes place at special medical sites with trained staff. Who Can Join? Adults 18 or older with locally advanced or metastatic RCC who haven't had treatment for their advanced cancer can participate. They need to have good overall health and specific health criteria. Who Cannot Join? People with certain conditions, like active brain problems, recent surgeries, or other serious health issues, cannot participate.
  • Participants will get the medicine at a research center.
  • They must not have had any previous treatment for their advanced RCC.
  • Medical staff will monitor safety during and after each visit.
