This study is for people with Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC), a type of skin cancer. It's for those who can't or don't want surgery or radiation. The study tests three treatments: L19IL2, L19TNF, or both combined. These are special medicines that help the immune system fight cancer. Participants will get injections into their tumors once a week for 4 weeks. The study will follow up with them for up to 3 years to check on their health and how well the treatment worked.
- The study lasts up to 3 years, with several follow-up visits.
- Participants will get weekly injections for 4 weeks.
- It's important to discuss possible side effects and risks with the doctor.
Participants need to have a type of BCC that can be injected with the treatment and meet other health criteria. If you join the study, you'll have regular check-ups to measure the tumor and see how the treatment is working. This study helps researchers learn more about treating BCC without surgery or radiation.
