Phase 1

This study is testing a new medicine called VVD-133214 for people with advanced solid tumors, like some types of cancer. VVD-133214 is taken by mouth and works by targeting a protein called Werner (WRN) that helps certain cancers grow. The study aims to see if it is safe and how well it works alone or with other medicines, bevacizumab or pembrolizumab, in people with specific cancer types called MSI and dMMR.

To join, participants need to have advanced cancer and must have tried standard treatments without success. They should also have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks and be able to swallow pills. However, people with certain health issues, infections, or those who are pregnant cannot participate.

  • The study is open-label, meaning both doctors and participants know the treatment being given.
  • Participants will be assessed for safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor effects.
  • Participants must not have certain health conditions or past treatments that might interfere with the study.
