Exploring LUPKYNIS with other drugs for lupus nephritis patients.

All
Phase 4

This study is testing a medicine called *LUPKYNIS®*, combined with other medicines like belimumab, obinutuzumab, or anifrolumab, to see if they help people with *lupus nephritis (LN)*. Lupus nephritis is when the immune system attacks the kidneys. Participants will also take *mycophenolic acid analog (MPAA)* and *oral prednisone*, which are drugs to help control the immune system.

Key Points:
  • This study is for adults aged 18-75 who have been diagnosed with LN.
  • The study involves taking different medicines and requires specific tests like urine protein and kidney function tests.
  • Participants cannot take certain other immune-related medications and cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.

People who join will help scientists understand if this combination of medicines can quickly improve kidney health in LN patients. It's important to be willing to take the study drugs and attend regular doctor visits. This study could lead to better treatments for LN in the future. Participants should discuss the risks and benefits with their doctor.
