Study Overview: This study is about understanding how well a special tool called a drug-coated balloon (DCB) works for helping adults with a heart condition called de novo coronary artery disease. This condition happens when the arteries that give blood to the heart get blocked or narrowed for the first time. A treatment called percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) uses DCBs to help open these arteries. The study will collect data from different hospitals around the world over a long time to see how well the treatment works and if it's safe.
- Participation Criteria: You must be 18 or older and have de novo coronary artery disease treated with DCB.
- Study Length: This is a long-term study, meaning it will collect data over several years.
- Medical Decisions: Doctors will choose treatments based on regular medical practice, not as part of an experiment.
