Phase 2

This study is testing a new medicine called EVO756 for adults who have migraines. A migraine is a really bad headache that can make you feel sick or sensitive to light or sound. In this study, some people will get the actual medicine, EVO756, and others will get a fake medicine, called a placebo. This helps researchers see if EVO756 really works.

To be part of this study, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old and have migraines, with or without aura (aura is a warning sign like seeing flashing lights). You should have tried other medicines before but they didn't work, and you can't be using any other migraine prevention medicine right now.

You cannot join if you find it hard to tell if your headache is a migraine or if you have other headache types. Also, if you are taking certain medicines or have other health problems, you might not be able to join.

  • The study will compare EVO756 to a placebo to see how well it works.
  • You need to be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You cannot use other migraine prevention treatments during the study.
