This study is for people with a type of lung cancer called Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed with surgery. The study compares two treatments: Pumitamig and Durvalumab, given after a combination of chemotherapy and radiation therapy (chemoradiotherapy). To join, participants must have already received at least two cycles of a specific type of treatment involving platinum-based chemoradiotherapy and have no worsening of their disease. They also need to be healthy enough to participate, as determined by a health score called the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status.
- Participants should have completed specific prior treatments for lung cancer.
- They must not have certain health issues like active autoimmune disease or severe heart problems.
- The study will not include those who have had other cancer treatments recently.
It's important to check with your doctor to see if this study is right for you, considering the requirements and your health condition.
