Phase 3

This study is looking into treating *metastatic microsatellite stable colorectal cancer*. This cancer has spread and doesn't have certain genetic changes. The study will test the usual chemotherapy (medicine to kill cancer cells) and bevacizumab (a medicine that helps stop the growth of blood vessels that feed tumors) with or without another drug called INCA33890.

To join, you must have Stage IV colorectal cancer that can't be removed by surgery. You shouldn't have had treatment for cancer that has spread, except for some specific cases. You need to be healthy enough to do daily activities and have good lab test results. You cannot join if you have certain genetic mutations, brain cancer, or certain other health conditions.

  • The study involves taking medication and attending regular visits to check health status.
  • Participants are closely monitored for any side effects or changes in their health.
  • Compensation details and length of the study will be provided during the enrollment process.
