This study is for people with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), specifically when it has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). The study looks at whether adding a special kind of radiation treatment, called radiotherapy, to the usual drugs can better stop the cancer from growing or spreading. Typically, when cancer worsens, doctors change the treatment. But this study tests if radiotherapy can help even more.
For the study, you must be at least 18 years old and have NSCLC that fits certain medical guidelines. You cannot join if you have other specific types of lung cancer or certain medical conditions that make radiation unsafe. Participants will need to be available for treatment and follow-up visits.
- The study involves adding radiotherapy to regular treatment, which may help stop cancer growth.
- Participants need to be 18+ and meet specific health criteria.
- Regular follow-up and treatment visits are required.
