This study investigates **Temporal Interference (TI)**, a new way to change brain activity using electricity. TI is a type of **neuromodulation**, which means it changes how the brain works using a low-voltage electrical field. Researchers will place **electrodes** (small patches) on the scalp to send electrical signals to parts of the brain. They will use **MRI** (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and **EEG** (Electroencephalography) to see how TI affects the brain. They will also measure mood, behavior, and thinking skills through assessments and tasks. The study is for healthy people and those with anxiety or stress-related conditions. Participants will fill out diaries and questionnaires for four weeks to track changes.
- The study involves a 4-week period with electronic diaries and questionnaires.
- Participants must be fluent in English and between 18-65 years old.
- It's not suitable for pregnant women or those with certain medical conditions.
