This study is testing a new treatment for a type of lung cancer called Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). NSCLC can be "locally advanced," meaning it has grown a lot in the lung area, or "metastatic," meaning it has spread to other parts of the body. The study is comparing two treatments: one uses a new drug called Imzokitug combined with Pumitamig and a type of chemotherapy called Platinum-Doublet Chemotherapy (PDCT). The other treatment just uses Pumitamig and PDCT.
**Imzokitug** and **Pumitamig** are medicines being tested to see if they help fight cancer. The study will look at how safe these medicines are, how well patients handle them, and how well they work in treating the cancer.
- The study is for patients with a specific stage of NSCLC who haven't had certain cancer treatments before.
- Patients must provide tumor samples and meet specific health conditions to participate.
- There are some health conditions and previous treatments that could prevent participation.
It's important to talk with your doctor to see if joining this study is a good choice for you.
