This study is for patients with a type of skin cancer called Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (cSCC). The study aims to test the safety and effectiveness of two drugs, L19IL2 and L19TNF, given directly into the tumors. These drugs are meant for patients who can't use certain immune system drugs called Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (ICI). Patients will get these injections once a week for 4 weeks. If their cancer improves or stays the same, they might receive another 4-week treatment. The study will watch patients for about 160 weeks to see how they respond.
- The study lasts about 160 weeks, but treatment is mainly in the first 4 to 8 weeks.
- Patients will need to visit the clinic weekly for injections and tests.
- Participants' health and tumor response will be closely monitored throughout.
