Lupus is a disease where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues. Lupus Nephritis is when lupus affects the kidneys. This study aims to help women of color with lupus by using an app called Health360x. The app connects them with coaches who understand their culture and challenges. These coaches have lived through similar experiences and can provide valuable guidance. The program is done online, so participants need internet access and a device like a computer or smartphone. The coaches help patients learn and stick with healthy habits. The study focuses on building trust and understanding between the coach and the patient, allowing for more personalized advice.
