Phase 1/2

This study is for adults with advanced gastric (stomach) and gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma. Adenocarcinoma is a type of cancer that forms in mucus-secreting glands. The study is testing a drug called BHB810 to see if it is safe and how it affects the body. Participants will receive BHB810 through an IV infusion (a drip into the vein) every two weeks.

To join, participants must be at least 18 years old and have a specific type of cancer confirmed by tests. They should not have had recent cancer treatments like chemotherapy or certain therapies. People who are pregnant or have certain health conditions might not be able to join.

  • Participants will receive an infusion every two weeks.
  • Must have a specific type of cancer to join.
  • Cannot join if pregnant or have certain health issues.
