Phase 1/2

This study is testing a treatment called **JAB-23E73**, which is a pan KRAS inhibitor, combined with two chemotherapy drugs, **nab-paclitaxel** and **gemcitabine**. It's for people with advanced pancreatic cancer, known as **metastatic PDAC**, who have changes in a gene called **KRAS**. The study is in two parts, **Phase Ib/III**. Phase Ib will check the safety and how well people handle the treatment. About 40-80 people will join, and it will help find the right dose for Phase III. Phase III will compare the new treatment with just chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine).

To join, you must have metastatic PDAC with KRAS gene changes, not have tried other cancer treatments before, and be able to handle the treatment physically (good ECOG performance status).

  • **Study Length**: The study will have multiple phases, starting with Phase Ib and moving to Phase III if successful.
  • **Visits Needed**: Expect multiple clinic visits for treatment and monitoring throughout the study.
  • **Risks**: Potential side effects from the treatment may occur; discuss with your doctor.
