Phase N/A
**PDAC-PATHWAYS Study Overview** Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a type of cancer in the pancreas. This study is about testing a new app called PDAC-PATHWAYS, which helps patients starting **neoadjuvant therapy** (treatment given before the main treatment to shrink a tumor) for PDAC. The study has two parts. The first part is to improve the app, while the second part checks how well the app works compared to usual care. In the second part, participants are randomly assigned to use either the PDAC-PATHWAYS app or continue with their usual care. This part looks at how easy and useful it is to have a digital support tool. Participants fill out a survey at the start to share their experiences. To join, you must be 18 or older, recently decided to start neoadjuvant therapy for PDAC, and speak English. If you have another serious health problem, you might not be able to join. **Key Points:** - **Participation Length:** The study is divided into two parts, with the second part focusing on comparing the app to usual care. - **Visits:** Participants will need to complete surveys and may have regular check-ins. - **Compensation/Risks:** The study aims to find out how helpful the app is, with no direct mention of compensation or risks.

Consider your eligibility and discuss with your healthcare provider if this study could be beneficial for you.
